Return Process

Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the electronic item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
